Begin Now Exchange Policy

At Begin Now, we respect and value every customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Unfortunately we do not accept returns. We accept SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging.

  • You may return/exchange item(s) within 7 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be exchanged.
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If you need to exchange your item(s) for the same item(s), send us an email at sales@bnbynikabell.com include in the subject "EXCHANGE" and your order number within 7 days of delivery and mail item(s) to Begin Now Athleisure Apparel by Nika Bell, LLC, P. O. Box 255, Rosharon TX. 77583 with the following information:

    • Your order number or a copy of your receipt
    • The reason for your exchange
    • If damaged upon receipt, a photo displaying details of damages (email is fine)

      If the above are not clearly indicated, your exchange may experience issues in processing. We have the right to refuse and/or reject exchanges from customers. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing your exchange after your item(s) are delivered to us.

      We will not make exceptions to this policy

      Shipping Returns/Exchanges

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

      • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
      • We are not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. 
      • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. THIS INCLUDES ANY ORDERS PURCHASED ON SALE, ANY ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT, OR PROMOTIONAL CODE.
