How long does it take to receive an order after it has been placed?

Shipping times may vary depending on your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders placed to be processed, and typically 5-7 business days to receive orders (except for pre-orders). Pre-order items will be shipped separately, refer to pre-order item product description details.

Can I cancel my order once it's placed and I decide I no longer want to proceed with the order?

Once an order has been submitted, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. You will have to wait upon receipt of your item(s) and follow the exchange policy.

Do you provide tracking information for packages?

Yes, every shipment will have a tracking number. Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number. All item(s) are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).

How does the sizes run and how do I know which size is best for me?

Please refer to the size chart which can be found at the footer of our website. The link can be can be accessed from any page on our site. We provide some information on how the items fits, and whether it runs true, small or large to size in the description of the product. We also note the size as seen on the models.

What forms or payments do you accept and can I pick up my order?

The number one payment option is quadpay NO CREDIT CHECK (4 interest free payments over $35 payed every two weeks over 6 weeks, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and all other major credit card companies are accepted.

What's the best way to care for Begin Now items?

It is recommended to wash colored items in cold water and white items may be washed in hot/warm water. We recommend you wash your products with like colors, turn your products inside out, do not bleach, and dryer setting should be at the lowest heat when possible to preserve your color and logo.

Can I mix and match colors and sizes of sets?

Most of our item(s) are sold as sets, and many pieces are one size fits most (sizes 2-12). The sets that are sold in Small, Medium, Large usually runs true to size, but will otherwise be stated in the product description details.

Do you offer custom designs (ex. special logo color request)?

Begin Now is not a custom designer, but a brand. However, depending on the circumstances we may be able to accept request for custom logo colors. Please do send images of a desired design other than whats on our website, do not ask us to copy, remake or reproduce/replicate another companies logo on our item(s), and for many reasons, such as business, branding, and legal purposes, we do not honor such request.
