Perrylon EdNika Bell, a graduate from Bay City High School and Prairie View A & M University is the CEO. She comes from an athletic background, where she's played Volleyball, Basketball, Track/Cross County, as well as a high school and college cheerleader. In 2019 she was inducted into the Bay City High School Hall of Fame for Basketball, Volleyball, and Track (the first to ever get inducted for every sport). Upon graduating college in 2007, she taught 7th/8th grade Science/Math and coached Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Cross Country while obtaining a Masters degree in Counseling from PVAMU. 

Nika's love for family, fitness, fashion, and faithfully helping others to see their unique value and self worth was the drive behind Begin Now Athleisure Apparel By Nika Bell! Her goal is not only to help you look your best, but she wants you to feel your best! She lives by the principle of being positive and productive! Her motto is "To Whom Much Is Given, Much Is Required" and everyday she strives to hold true to that motto!
